Coming together in community - even on zoom - can really help us maintain and deepen our practice. In these online sessions we’ll explore a bunch of different techniques, then take a bit of time to chat, share and ask questions. You’ll notice I offer both mindfulness and nondual practices, and this is because I personally really appreciate both approaches (and have found them to be quite complementary).

MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
(Starting back up Aug 17th)
These 30 minute guided meditations will be very much informed by
Shinzen Young’s amazing teachings.
Followed by some time for sharing and connecting.
Wednesday, 11:00am-11:30am ET
CALM & DESTRESS
(Starting back up Aug 18th)
30 minute guided meditations that focus on techniques to help cultivate tranquility.
Followed by some time for sharing and connecting.
1st & 3rd Sunday, 11:00am-12:00pm ET
NONDUAL FOCUS
(Starting Aug 15th, then the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month ongoing)
For anyone into nondual practice or just curious about it.
After the hour-long practice we take some time to chat and connect.
